Cape Coral, FL, October 31,2007 -The Cape Coral Eye Center announces the addition of FRED frames to their eyewear collection.  The quality collection is located in the optical boutique at the main surgery center located at 4120 Del Prado Blvd.  FRED is a collection of luxury eyewear, handmade in France, of gold and platinum, using the finest techniques.

The collection is designed by Fred Samuels, one of the world’s greatest living, fine jewelers, who has gained worldwide recognition since he opened his first boutique in Paris over 60 years ago.  Fred jewelry is truly unique and exclusive and therefore sold only in Fred jewelry boutiques.  Fred has many boutiques in major cities all over the globe and is the official jeweler to the Royal Family of Monaco.

Tyson, Medical Director of the Center.  FRED frames have many unique trademarks::   The  frames are handmade in France, using 5 microns of 22K gold and 3 microns of palladium.  The base material used for all frames is Monel, the strongest, most durable metal available and then are plated with gold or platinum and palladium to add shine, luster and prevent tarnishing.  Temples are fashioned of stainless steel, embedded with sterling silver to give depth and brilliance, then plated with palladium to prevent tarnishing while adding luster.  Nose pads are made of a semi-soft material for a truly comfortable fit and longer wearability then silicone nose pads.

Other important information about FRED luxury eyewear is that they are internationally guaranteed for 24 months against all manufacturers defects.  The eyewear is available in men’s, women’s, and unisex styles.  Precious stones, i.e., diamonds rubies, emeralds and sapphires are available to customize any of the 3 piece mountings.
